This is where Sleeping Beauty went wrong.

Try and match the title to the photo. Whip creme powered snowmobile, Fort, Deer Friend, Nap.

Cameron lost her first tooth this weekend. The tooth fairy paid a visit that night.

Oliver was playing with his trains with his daddy yesterday. Apparently his daddy said something that Oliver didn't approve of, so Oliver said, "Daddy, you aren't allowed to play with my trains anymore."
See the new Panorama Meats link for info on grass-fed beef.
When you visit Noah's, you are going to need coffee.

Cornelia in the wild. I had to make it black and white because someone used the flash so the cat looked possessed. Kind of like this:

You would think there would be no one at the RuSport shop now that they closed up. However, last week someone from RuSport visited the blog.

Happy Birthday

Sunday, December 09, 2007

Friday we picked out our christmas tree. Saturday Paul, Cyndy, Kate, Oliver, Cameron and I went out to the diner with Grandma for her birthday. Then we all (less Grandma) went to see a hockey game, Union vs. Northeastern. The score was tied 1-1. So far this year Oliver hasn't see Union win or lose.

For Sale 1998 Ski Doo Formula 500. 2400 miles. $1750 (family price $1200).

the first two photos are signs of winter. Santa Claus and toy trains are out for the winter. Why would you want a trophy for sixth place? I beat the person who won rookie of the year (8th place) go figure.

Lots of noise about Forsythe bailing on PT. He has a new article in Autosport, but I haven't found a place to read it yet. Tons of Champ Car testing activity.

Happy eleventh anniversary to Chris and Christine.
Dad and I have been reading Clarence Thomas's memoir, "My Grandfather's Son". It is not some slick ghostwritten bore- no, he wrote it himself as a simple story of his life. He was raised by his grandfather, who had a fuel oil business and tells of having to help on the truck when he didn't have school. When he tells of pulling that hose in the cold, I'm sure all of you boys would identify.

Scott Sharp and Patron Tequila sued Rahal Letterman Racing because of the team's poor performance(he finished 8th in points). RLR counter-sued for breach of contract. He and Patron both had contracts with RLR for 2008. A few months ago it was rumored that he wanted to start his own team in ALMS. It is also possible that he is starting/buying into an IRL team(possible part of Sarah Fisher's new team or Panther or Foyt). It all looks bad for Rahal. I think they should all get sued because their cars are so ugly.

Champ Car is trying to add Donington (England) to the 2008 schedule for the fall. Rocketsports and Dale Coyne have both been in action this week, each testing a Brazilian. That's right, Dale Coyne actually doing preseason testing.

Kevin Kalhoven (CC series owner won a civil case against him for securities fraud, he sold $500 million dollars of JDS Uniphase stock while CEO before he resigned.) A year after he resigned the stock tanked. Had he lost that case, it could have had ill effects on Champ Car's existence beyond 2008.

Murphy the Bear is trying a second attempt at an open wheel merger rumor.

I'm pretty sure Paul Tracy won Dancing with the Stars.

Discovery Asia was at work Monday-Wednesday this week. I spent a couple hours being filmed for some non speaking parts today. It was pretty funny. The crew was English, not Asian. Cyndy was mad that I didn't tell her ahead of time because she would've rather been the one to dress me.

I told Joel, when this whole Alonso meltdown happened around the end of August that he would either be at Mclaren or nowhere next season. I still stand by that. Ferrari has no room, Red Bull and Renault wanted 3 and 5 year deals respectively and Alonso wanted 1 year. Telefonica was to help fund the Renault deal and they have pulled it so far off the table that they said, they won't be back in F1 anytime soon. So, it's either Force India, or Aguri. Newman Haas has been very quite about their empty seat this year...

Champ Car is having a race in Spain.

Good weekend at camp. I have no pictures but my computer told me that Emily does.
