Herta and Fittipaldi are out at Andretti Green. Franck Montagny will replace them for the rest of the season and will be paired with "a variety of drivers." Marco Andretti will be the variety chosen for Lime Rock. Andretti will also be participating in the Nashville indy car race that same night.

Last night, about 9, as we were coming home from Marion and Joe's a bear ran across the road directly in front of us. So close, it scattered gravel on our windshield.

Paul came to visit recently and renamed the cat, Governor.

Sunday was the children's service at the church. After there was a lunch and games for the kids. Tug of war, egg toss, get really wet. Kate and I did the egg toss, Oliver cameron and Kate did the get really wet.

Canadian Gran Prix was good. Six hours of the Glen was good.

Oliver and I had a good time up at Stillwater last weekend. caught up on "the office" and watched F1 Monaco and Lime Rock GS. On the way up we stopped in North Creek and saw Thomas. It was the biggest event of the year in that town. Thomas is a non-powered dummy. He gets pushed by the D&H Alco.

I was changing my wheels and tires on friday before going up to camp. I turned around to get the wheel to put on and it was gone. Oliver had been playing with it and it got away from him.
