Hot hot roti
The kids like a book called "Hot, Hot Roti for Dada-ji" that we checked out from the library, so we tried to make roti last night to go with our lamb curry. The final product was satisfactory and totally edible (not pictured b/c cooking and getting them on the table without burning little fingers took maximum effort). Not puffy like the youtube videos the kids patiently sat through, and mostly resembling our home-made tortillas.
