Look who's the movie star now. (It's Noah)
Cyndy saw this at 5:30 in the morning.

Robin Miller's article on racing driver's insurance mentions Tim McCreadie.
Brumo's needed more than 25 cautions to win the 24 Hours of Nascar.
"• The winning No. 58 Brumos Racing Porsche Riley was found to be out of compliance for minimum vehicle weight in post-race technical inspection. The car was found to be 12 pounds underweight. The team was fined $5,000 in addition to five driver, team and manufacturer points. This will not affect the race results."
I watched the David Letterman show for a second on Monday night. Unfortunately, I saw one of his classic unscripted attacks on our great Governor. It starts at 2:19, the beginning is a one of his classic scripted jokes, which is also poor. Mom and Dad, make sure he is not in the room when you watch it.
The good news is the Wheels Down Winter Test for Sebring:
Dyson Mazda, same line up as last year plus Ben Devlin for Sebring and Petit.
Fernandez Acura LMP2 with Luis Diaz and Adrian plus Michel Jourdain for Sebring.
Sebring and maybe St Pete and Long Beach then "race by race."
Flying Lizard
Letterman redeems himself a little. Rahal Letterman M3 with Dunlops.
Acura LMP1 with SiPag and DeFerran and Dixon for Sebring. Front and rear tires are the same which is a little odd looking.
Finally, this is very promising: Creation with plans for the US.

Noah's November 21 post on how the US auto industry issues might play out missed the possibility that Fiat might come to Chrysler's aid. Perhaps this outcome was missed because it is likely to be a spectacularly bad idea.

Rickey Henderson was elected to the baseball Hall of Fame. Here is a sample of baseball cards. There is a 1980 Topps, his first card, 1986 Topps/Quaker Oats, came with Quaker Oats products. 1985 Mother's Cookies, these cards were issued by the team at the stadium or through the boxes of cookies. 1985 Topps Traded, this was the first card issued of him as a Yankee.

Check out the driver lineup at the grand am website for this car #67 TRG. They could be in the top 5 overall with no mechanical issues. My early underdog for the DP class is the #22 Alegra car. My early first DP out of the race will be the 09, 13, 45, or 55. I will narrow it down and have a full list of predictions prior to the race.

Happy New Year to everyone! Thanks for sharing the Christmas photos...Philip and I really enjoyed seeing the kids and the snow. Here is a photo of Philip making and Indian feast for dinner last night at my parent's house in Sacramento. The menu consisted of: hussaini kabab (lamb kabobs with raisin stuffing), gujrati dal (lentil and vegetable stew), and chapati (flat bread). Everything was really tasty! -Rachel
