At work last week...have you ever heard of Oneonta?  I'm doing a track day there this weekend.  Huh...you mean Watkins Glenn.  There is a brand new road course outside Oneonta.  The track is set up for motorcycles but the facility is rented to car clubs too.  The whole group there went to Brooks barbecue per my suggestion.   Apparently the track is awesome and dinner was great too.

Cameron's first fish

Cameron caught her first fish tonight. It was a Bass about 12"-14". Caught off the dock in Stillwater. She was

using a top water jitterbug. I caught two the night before off the dock using the same lure as well, one 8" and one 12". She was really excited, but didn't want to touch it. Elliot touched all the fish. He was very interested.

Somen Noodle Salad

Donnie and friends went on a foraging adventure at the Asian food superstore "99 Ranch" in Sacramento on Sunday. They picked up all of the ingredients for an awesome somen noodle salad (last photo) that may someday be recreated for an event you attend! 

Key ingredients: imitation crab and seaweed salad

Key ingredients: Pickled ginger and soy wrappers

Huge produce section reminiscent of the Berkeley Bowl.

Mushrooms. One of many, many different kinds found at the store. Both dried and fresh.

We visited the Autódromo La Chutana for the 4th round of the Campeonato de Circuito Turismo Competición peruano, which is the top professional series in Peru.
