National Auto Museum

We went to Reno for a cousin's wedding at the National Auto Museum last weekend. It has a selection of cars from the old Harrah's collection (which was once 1,400 cars, many unique or only example remaining). They have a 1930s Rolls Royce with a polished copper body because, why not?

Can I have your watch when you are dead?

Rachel, Florence, and a Tucker.

I think some guy named Bruce built this. No picture of Florence with it because she wanted to climb up the front.

We found this guy's car that the Smithsonian didn't think was good enough.

Did they have Richard Petty's car too? Neither car was there when we were at the Smithsonian in November.

No NASCAR. They had a 1955 Ferrari F1 car, the 1908 New York to Paris Race winning car, a Don Prudhomme funny car, a couple other open-wheel cars, some off road trucks, and some salt flat cars. Mostly the collection was 1900 to 1950s coupes and sedans.

How were the hor d'oeuvres?

There were no hor d'ouevres, just cars, beer, wine, and a taco bar. I realize you were attempting to be funny.
