Other parts of the article were very familiar. I remember the calls Friday afternoon when it was very cold, with will call people looking for oil. In the article the term is 'wild calls.' I remember other choice words.

Nothing changes. It is the way is. Grandpa is going to call Buhrmaster to deliver 100 gals. tomorrow.

I Rember people calling for oil when the heat did not work thinking that was the problem. When delivery was made and they were not out of oil it was still our fault the furnace was broken.
