The Blue Angels are in town for the Redding Airshow. I saw some of Friday's show from my office (and made some sad attempts at having phone conversations: the office is on the airport and was getting some pretty frequent low altitude fly overs). I watched some of the airshow today from my veranda and got some pictures:
The high today was given at 111F at the airport (part of the reason I didn't go to the airshow), but I don't believe it was really that hot (RH: 2%). Tomorrow is expected to be also in the triple digits and Rachel and I will probably go up to Whiskeytown Lake for some swimming. Fall should come next week with some predicted highs in the 70s.
