The high today was given at 111F at the airport (part of the reason I didn't go to the airshow), but I don't believe it was really that hot (RH: 2%). Tomorrow is expected to be also in the triple digits and Rachel and I will probably go up to Whiskeytown Lake for some swimming. Fall should come next week with some predicted highs in the 70s.

The Blue Angels are in town for the Redding Airshow. I saw some of Friday's show from my office (and made some sad attempts at having phone conversations: the office is on the airport and was getting some pretty frequent low altitude fly overs). I watched some of the airshow today from my veranda and got some pictures:
